Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli

I know that this is not exactly a quick snack since you have to slow cook the beef for about 6 to 8 hours! A mouthwatering blend of the three main ingredients makes this dish a must for you to try at some time. It’s not something that you can do on the spur of the moment because of the marinating time. But once that has been done, the rest is quite quick and the result is definitely worth waiting for.

Low Fat Chicken Pot Pie Soup

If I’d not been told by my doctor that my blood pressure was so high (250 over 195) that I was in imminent danger of a stroke, I would never have even thought of eating anything with a name starting ‘Low fat’! Since that time, however, I have changed my eating habits almost completely. (I have to say almost because I still indulge in a really unhealthy meal occasionally!) You never find out how delicious these recipes are until you try them. Now I know how brilliant this soup really is.

(10) Egg-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Decadence by Lexie at Lexie’s Kitchen

Egg-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Decadence

While I am not personally involved in avoiding Gluten, I have a good frind who nearly died, as did his elder brother, because doctors at the time were not able to diagnose what was wrong with them. As he told me, if his brother who was very ill indeed had not been diagnosed as being allergic to foods including Gluten, they both could have died.

It was probably because of this awarness on my part that I was attracted to the set of recipes of which this one is a part. If you do have this allergy, please visit Lexie’s Kitchen to see other recipes which may be of help to you.

This pudding is excellent and highly recommended, especially as it is not only delicious, but also healthy!
